CRUELTY
Cruelty is a trait that Increases damage with Crucio. It can be unlocked by looting Bandit Camps.
To receive the benefits of this trait, Cruelty can be woven into gear by using the Enchanted Loom, using the appropriate gear and materials.
Cruelty comes in 3 levels, each more potent than the previous. Cruelty I can be added to superb items or better, for the cost of 1x Puffskein Fur. Cruelty II can be added to extraordinary items or better, for the cost of 1x Diricrawl Feather. Cruelty III can be added to legendary items for the cost of 1x Kneazle Fur.

You can also occasionaly find gear that already has the Cruelty trait woven into it. This can be handy if you haven't unlocked to trait yourself yet.
