CHIYO KOGAWA

Chiyo Kogawa is the Flying Professor in Hogwarts Legacy.

Madam Kogawa is a professor at Hogwarts who attended school at Mahoutokoro before working for the Japanese Ministry of Magic. It was through this job that she met Professor Weasley and was recruited to join Hogwarts.

Madam Kogawa is known for her loud talking voice, which she doesn't realize is as loud as a yell. She has always been used to projecting her voice across the Quidditch pitch.

Despite her friendly and affable nature, when it comes to flying and disciplining students, Madam Kogawa becomes another person entirely. A bad experience in her try-outs for the Toyohashi Tengu taught her a valuable lesson about honor and trust, both of which she values highly.

Now, any foul sportsmanship on a student's part - blatching, blurting, bumping, Quaffle-pocking, etc - will have them banned from the pitch quicker than you can say “Quidditch.”
